Who sells
A Fae Diary is a small shop run by one person, from home in Morocco. You can reach me on WhatsApp at 06 95 03 38 31.
Orders
You order by sending your bag as a message on WhatsApp (or Instagram). The order is only final once I have confirmed the pieces, colours, total and timing in reply. Until printing starts, you can change or cancel your order for free.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (DH) and include delivery anywhere in Morocco. The price that counts is the one I confirm with your order. You pay in cash to the courier on delivery; there is no online payment.
Making and delivery
Every piece is 3D-printed to order: allow 3–5 days of printing, then 2–4 days of delivery with Amana or Cathedis. These times are estimates; I keep you informed if anything changes. Please give a correct address and phone number so the courier can reach you.
Handmade pieces
Pieces are printed and finished by hand. Small layer lines, slight colour differences from the photos and tiny marks are normal. Figures are sent unpainted unless we agreed on a painted version. Sizes are approximate.
Breakage and returns
If a piece arrives broken or I made a mistake, send me a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and I'll replace it free of charge. Because each piece is made especially for you, I can't take it back or exchange it for a change of mind. This doesn't limit the rights consumers have under Moroccan law (law 31-08).
Refused parcels
As pieces are made to order, please only order what you will accept. If a parcel is refused without a reason, I may ask for payment in advance for future orders.
Designs
Some pieces are inspired by books and fandoms I love. They are fan-made and not official products of their authors or publishers. Photos and texts on this site belong to A Fae Diary or are used with permission.
