Who I am

A Fae Diary is a small shop I run on my own, from home in Morocco. I'm the only person who sees the information you send me.

Your orders

There are no accounts and no online payment on this site. When you order, your bag is sent as a message on WhatsApp (or Instagram). In that message you give me your name, city, address and phone number.

I use them only to make your order, deliver it and answer your questions. I share your name, address and phone only with the delivery company (Amana or Cathedis), so they can bring you the parcel. I never sell or give your details to anyone else, and I don't send advertising.

I keep order messages as long as needed for the order, a possible breakage replacement, and my accounts.

What stays in your browser

Your bag, your favourites and your language choice are saved only in your own browser (local storage), so they're still there next time. They're never sent to me. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Visit statistics and cookies

To see how many people visit and which pieces they like, I use Google Analytics. It sets cookies (_ga) and records, without your name: the pages you view, the products you look at or add to the bag, when an order is sent, your approximate location (city/country), your device and browser. With Google signals, Google may also add grouped information (age range, interests) for visitors signed in to a Google account who allowed personalised ads. I only ever see totals, never a person.

You can refuse it: block cookies in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or manage what Google keeps in My Activity and My Ad Center. The shop works the same without these cookies.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also counts visits without cookies to keep the site fast and safe. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy rules.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on personal data, you can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you, or object to its use. Just message me on WhatsApp 06 95 03 38 31. You can also contact the CNDP (cndp.ma).
