Everything about ordering, delivery and my pieces.
How do I order?
Add the pieces you love to the bag, write your colours or wishes in the notes if you like, then tap “Send my order on WhatsApp”. Your order is already written: just send it. I reply to confirm the details, the total and the timing before I start printing.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. There is no online payment on this site.
How much is delivery, and where do you deliver?
Delivery is included in every price, anywhere in Morocco. I ship with Amana or Cathedis to every city.
How long does it take?
Every piece is printed to order: allow 3–5 days of printing, then 2–4 days of delivery. I tell you the exact timing when I confirm your order.
Can I choose the colours or personalise a piece?
Yes! Write your colours, a name or any wish in the notes of each item, or message me on WhatsApp. I confirm what's possible before printing.
Are the figurines painted?
My figures are sent unpainted, ready for your own colours. Want one already painted? Ask in the notes or on WhatsApp and I'll confirm the price first. The figures in the Painting section come with a small paint kit.
What are the pieces made of?
They are 3D-printed at home, mostly in PLA, a plant-based plastic. Small layer lines and colour variations are normal and part of their handmade charm. Keep them away from strong heat and direct sun.
What if my piece arrives broken?
Send me a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and I'll replace it free of charge.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
As every piece is printed especially for you, I can't take it back for a change of mind. You can still cancel for free before I start printing. Broken pieces and mistakes on my side are always replaced.
Can you make something that isn't on the site?
Often, yes. Send me a picture or an idea on WhatsApp or Instagram and I'll tell you if I can print it and how much it would cost.
Do you make gifts?
Bookish pieces make lovely gifts. Tell me in the notes if it's a present and I'll make sure no price is shown in the parcel.
